We are seeking a skilled LinkedIn Specialist to enhance our online presence and engage with our professional community on LinkedIn.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project-Based LinkedIn Specialist with a passion for wellness to manage and optimize our LinkedIn presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in LinkedIn marketing, content creation, and community engagement. This role is project-based, focusing on enhancing our brand visibility, expanding our professional network, and driving engagement within the wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and curate high-quality content that aligns with our brand and wellness initiatives.
• Create engaging posts, articles, and multimedia content tailored for LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish content consistently to maintain an active LinkedIn presence
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on our LinkedIn page.
• Engage with industry professionals, influencers, and potential clients to build relationships and grow our network.
• Participate in relevant LinkedIn groups and discussions to enhance our visibility and thought leadership.
• Optimize our LinkedIn company page for maximum visibility and engagement.
• Ensure all information is up-to-date, accurate, and reflective of our brand values and offerings.
• Implement best practices for LinkedIn SEO to improve search rankings and visibility.
• Track and analyze the performance of LinkedIn content and campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics, including engagement, follower growth, and lead generation.
• Make data-driven recommendations to improve strategy and performance.
• Plan and execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns to promote our wellness programs and services.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to optimize results and ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align LinkedIn campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a LinkedIn Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, best practices, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in content creation and management, particularly for LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising and analytics tools.
• Passion for wellness and a genuine interest in promoting holistic health.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Previous experience in the wellness industry.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Graphic design skills for creating visually appealing LinkedIn content.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
