Project Team Leader Onsite

Job Description
- Check the project details thoroughly, then ensure understanding and accuracy before the project starts.
- Coordinate with the client regarding the arrival of the team at the site, ensuring clear communication.
- Responsible to go to sites and upon reaching the site, inspect and verify all details of the project, allocating doors and materials in their respective location.
- Identify and report any existing damage or issues in the property, monitor safety and cleanliness, and lead the team to follow the SOP throughout the project duration.
- Ensure that the team meets set timelines and targets for completion of tasks.
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED plus accommodation and transportation

- Open to Asian nationalities
- Male, 45 years old and below
- At least 2 years of UAE experience as a Team Leader or supervisor in carpentry, or in a service industry such as cleaning company, maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), pest control, facility management, waste management, landscaping, interior design, etc with UAE driver\'s license is preferred
