Job Description

As a Project Supervisor , you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate tasks, manage resources, and ensure compliance with all construction standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily construction site operations.
• Ensure project milestones are met according to schedule.
• Coordinate and oversee work done by contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients regarding progress and any issues.
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, safety logs, and work orders.
• Monitor and manage project costs, materials, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide leadership and direction to the on-site construction team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in construction supervision or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• OSHA Certification (preferred).
• Ability to work on-site in various weather conditions and physical environments.
