Job Title: Project Supervisor - Fit-Out Projects.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in fit-out and renovation projects.

• Salary: 3000 AED - 4000 AED based on experience and qualifications.

(Accommodation and transportation allowance provided)

Working days : 6 Days, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of fit-out projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Ensure that projects are completed within budget and timeline while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor work progress, resolve any issues, and address deviations from project plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with project engineers, project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and create a safe working environment for all on-site workers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Supervisor, specifically in fit-out/interior design and renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out details, MEP works, construction techniques, materials, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Dubai's construction regulations, codes, and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Thrives in a dynamic startup environment, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
