Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight :
• Supervise project activities to ensure tasks are completed according to plan and deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring all milestones are achieved and risks are mitigated.
• Ensure that project scope, objectives, and goals are clearly defined and adhered to.
• Team Management :
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Assign tasks to team members based on skills and project requirements.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to team members when needed.
• Resource Allocation :
• Manage resources (human, material, financial) to ensure the timely completion of project tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments to secure resources and support.
• Quality Assurance :
• Ensure that all project activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular quality checks and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication :
• Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Prepare progress reports, meeting notes, and other documentation as required.
• Risk Management :
• Identify and address potential risks that may affect the success of the project.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and adjust plans as needed.
• Budget Management :
• Assist in creating and managing project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Track project expenses and ensure cost-effective practices are followed.
• Problem Solving :
• Address issues that arise during the project lifecycle, proposing solutions and adjustments as necessary.
• Manage conflicts within the team or between stakeholders.
• Compliance and Safety :
• Ensure all project activities comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in project supervision or a similar role (Glass installation ) (2-5 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
