Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor with a strong background in Interior, Fit-out and Exhibition projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-quality fit-out projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues
• Resolving conflicts and making decisions to keep the project on track
• Communicating with stakeholders and keeping them informed of project updates
• Evaluating project outcomes and conducting post-project reviews for lessons learned
• Lead and motivate a team of skilled craftsmen, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives within established timelines and budget constraints.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and obstacles. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions and contingency plans.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for subcontractor/supplier clients throughout the project cycle
• Coordination with the team (designers, suppliers, client ensuring collaboration and efficient workflow.
• Ensure that all work complies with local regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
• Resolve issues related to project scope, resources, or unforeseen circumstances that may arise during construction.
• Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of exhibition stands, ensuring they meet client requirements and venue specifications.

Qualification/Skills

• Must have 3-4 experience in interior fit-out, retail, exhibition projects.
• Should have experience in the UAE, with knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing diverse project teams.
