As Project Specialist, Business Improvement you will be responsible for a dynamic portfolio of projects across dnata Airport Operations from inception to successful implementation and adoption. Manage internal and external stakeholders including customers and vendors. This role is based full-time in our Dubai office and may involve some business travel.In this role, you will:
Responsible for overseeing a dynamic portfolio of projects across dnata Airport Operations from inception to successful implementation and adoption. Manage internal and external stakeholders including customers and vendors.
Manage and prioritises a number of strategic business projects across dnata Airport Operations in compliance with practices, standards and processes defined by departmental and corporate PMO guidelines, across multiple functions and geographies.
Champion relationships across team members and wider stakeholders to help drive business value. Develop communications tools to help collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Act as an SME and support, coach and develop others across the company, particularly in topics related to strategy, project management and data & analytics.
Resolve differences across the different stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide insight in the project area and pulls together best practices and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help drive solutions to problems.
Identify, support and deliver business process improvement opportunities and facilitating subsequent change management activities to drive organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
Shape our strategy through insightful and innovative recommendations. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
Focus on business value and quantifies project benefits using standard financial tools and approaches.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business performance. Utilise data visualisation tools to present results in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
Degree in quantitative discipline such as business administrations / IT /engineering / economics / Sciences.
Minimum 6-8 years in project management, business improvement or productivity, management consultancy, or technology.
Advanced Data Collection and Analytical Skills.
Proficient Budget, business case and Cost Control Knowledge.
Youll have an edge if you have:
Certification in CAPM and/or PMP and/or PRINCE 2 Practitioner.
Certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma.
