Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer with MEP and Civil knowledge extensive experience in villa projects to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a UAE valid driving license and have 4-5 years of experience working in the GCC region.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of villa construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

2. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

4. Prepare and review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

5. Manage and track project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively.

6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, including junior engineers and site staff.

7. Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials and equipment required for the projects.

8. Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and licenses.

9. Ensure that all work meets relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

10. Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

2. 4-5 years of experience working as a Civil Site Engineer, preferably on villa construction projects in the GCC region.

3. Valid driving license.

4. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in construction project management.

7. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the GCC region.

8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

9. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

10. Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
11.Must be Fluent in English & Immediate Joiner.
