Looking for Site Engineer Fit out with 5 year's experience in Dubai Reporting to Operation Manager

Manage communication between all parties involved in development, where appropriate.
Ability to follow up and inspect all Joinery Works with Subcontractors
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
Work within multi-national teams.
Ensure site complies within guidelines of health and safety and security.
Liaise with main and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of tasks and adherence to site regulations.
Quality Control of work done at site.
Act as the main technical advisor on site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
Understand the scope of work and develop a detailed project schedule and budget
Manage day-to-day of the project site, including on-site staff and subcontractors
Review and approve all invoices related to the project
Ensure that the project is completed on time
Resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project
Prepare progress reports for the client and company management
Liaise with UAE Authorities
Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly
Attend job site meetings, as well as meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals
Good knowledge in AC Works, plumbing and Electrical
UAE Driving License.
