Job Description

Project Engineer:

The project engineer will be expected to assist in the technical aspects of the projects. Provide assistance to the Project Manager & report the progress of the projects.

Description:

Immediate Joiner prefered Develop detailed project plans outlining scopes, timelines, resources, and budgets. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and others to facilitate project execution. Provide technical support and expertise to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Review engineering designs, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance. Oversee the implementation of engineering standards and best practices. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to the project manager. Evaluate and approve change orders and ensure cost control measures are in place. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and assessments of work completed to guarantee compliance with project requirements. Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any quality issues. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project schedules, reports, and minutes from meetings. Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards. Able to prepare estimation and costing for projects. Familiar with govt portals (DM, BPS, EMAAR, ETC) Can bring subcontractors and execute the job independently.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

5+ years of experience in engineering/project management/construction/fitout/renovations Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. High Level Proficiency in the AutoCAD and other necessary Tools to support the Drafting. Strong knowledge of MEP, Civil, Fit-Out, and Finishing processes

Additional Requirements:

Approved G+1 Dubai Municipality preffered but not necessary Holding a Valid UAE driving License + Vehicle (MANDATORY)
