Job Description

You will be the ideal candidate overseeing the construction and installation of interior elements within buildings. Working closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, and project managers, you will ensure that fit-out works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve site supervision, coordination, quality control, vendor communication, and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to understand fit-out design requirements and objectives.
• Plan and coordinate fit-out activities, including material procurement, subcontractor management, and scheduling.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory and storage of fit-out materials to prevent delays and minimize waste.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Assist in estimating project costs and preparing budgets for fit-out works.
• Communicate regularly with project coordinator to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of fit-out activities, contracts, permits, and correspondence.
• Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during the fit-out process.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures on the construction site.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to fit-out construction.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Previous experience working on fit-out projects within the construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to safety and quality excellence.
• DM license is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
