About Us:

Five Ateliers is a leading interior design company known for delivering bespoke and innovative design solutions across Dubai. We specialize in creating unique, sophisticated interiors for residential, commercial, and hospitality clients. We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential clients in the interior design sector.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting Five Ateliers' services to prospective clients in Dubai and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery from concept to completion.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight our unique design capabilities and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the interior design or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of interior design concepts and the ability to communicate design value effectively.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
