HEDES is seeking a results-oriented and dynamic Project Sales Manager to join our esteemed team. As the Project Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, securing, and managing lighting projects, while effectively promoting and selling HEDES\'s diverse range of lighting solutions. Responsibilities:Project Acquisition:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential projects and opportunities within Dubai and the GCC region.
Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire lighting projects that align with HEDES\'s product offerings.
Sales and Client Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers.
Promote HEDES\'s diverse product range, including decorative lighting, bespoke chandeliers, lighting design, landscape lighting, outdoor lighting, and LED products.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide tailored lighting solutions.
Project Coordination:
Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination and delivery.
Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project timelines and specifications.
Product Expertise:
Stay updated on HEDES\'s extensive product range and industry trends.
Provide clients with expert advice on selecting the most suitable lighting solutions for their projects.
Market Intelligence and Reporting:
Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, industry trends, and client preferences.
Provide regular reports to the leadership team on project sales activities and market insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record in project sales and business development, preferably within the lighting industry.
In-depth understanding of the Dubai and GCC market, with a focus on lighting projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
