They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Sales Executive to join their team in Dubai! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the tiling industry and a proven track record in project sales. This role involves generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies to meet company goals.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:- Identify and target new business opportunities in the tiling sector.- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other potential clients.- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Sales Management:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients.- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to ensure profitability.Project Coordination:- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and installation of tiling products.- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.Client Relationship Management:- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.- Follow up on client feedback and take corrective actions as necessary.Requirements:- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales within the tiling industry, specifically in project sales.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.- Strong understanding of the tiling industry and market dynamics in Dubai.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
