Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients such as architects, interior designers, real estate developers and contractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction and design industries.
• Promote the company's portfolio of natural and engineered stones to meet client needs.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the unique features of the company's offerings.
• Understand project requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring profitability.
• Stay updated on market trends and new product launches.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Architecture, or related field (preferred in Sales)
Experience:
• Minimum 5 or more years of sales experience in the construction, building materials, or related industry.
• Prior experience dealing with architects, interior designers, and contractors is mandatory.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales deals.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of natural and engineered stones is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
