:Black & Grey HR is actively recruiting a Project Sales Executive for a leading provider of data centre infrastructure services based in Dubai, UAE. This role focuses on driving sales for Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and UPS batteries. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the product range, outstanding sales capabilities, and the aptitude to manage and execute large-scale projects successfully.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand market presence for UPS systems and batteries.- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to pinpoint sales opportunities.- Prepare comprehensive sales plans, forecasts, and reports.- Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities within targeted markets and sectors.- Build and sustain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including corporate entities, data centres, hospitals, and industrial facilities.- Deliver presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and organize site visits for prospective clients.- Oversee the entire sales cycle for UPS and UPS battery projects, from initiation through to delivery and post-sale support.- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless project execution.- Monitor project progress, resolve any arising issues, and ensure delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, and associated technologies.- Offer technical guidance and support to clients, including the creation of tailored solutions to meet specific requirements.- Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements in UPS systems.Requirements- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the UPS and UPS batteries sector.- Comprehensive technical knowledge of UPS systems and batteries.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.BenefitsCompetitive Salary + BenefitsThis role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to and grow within a leading organization, leveraging your expertise in UPS systems and sales acumen.
