TECHNOSERVE is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, "PROJECT SALES ENGINEER" who will be responsible for all the aspects of Project sales, installation, execution, configuration, testing & commissioning of Electrical, instrumentation & Automation systems in Industrial sectors. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identifying new project sales leads and Communicate with existing and potential Customers to generate leads and opportunities on regular basis.
• Develop and expand relationship with existing and potential Customers and maintain close relationships with key Customers.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Schedule meeting with the client / Subcontractors to discuss projects status/issues & other related matters.
• Review project schedule including manpower planning as well as for sufficient and adequate resources such as materials, Equipment's for the project & make changes /modification, if required to achieve timely delivery of the projects.
• Support Project Manager for all technical aspects of the project.
• Checking and verifying documentations & drawings such as Design Specifications, SLD, P&IDs, System Layout, Cable schedule, IO list, Instrument Index, Control philosophy, cause & effect.
• Develop/Review BOM for Electrical / Control Systems.
• Perform the loop checking, pre-commissioning, commissioning & Startup activities.
• To carry the image of the company professionally in every environment.

Qualifications/ Technical Knowledge :

• Bachelor's degree in project Engineer or relevant.
• 5-10 years of field and project planning experience.
• Excellent project management and supervision skills.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Driving License is Mandatory.
