Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Sales Engineer at ENERAGY TECH AIR CONDITIONING LLC located in Dubai.

As a Project Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for Identifying and developing business prospects with new and existing customers using your product expertise and application experience in the HVAC /MEP market.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams & project Manager for project budgets and schedules, and ensure project deliverables are met.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing business prospects with new and existing customers using your product expertise and application experience in the HVAC /MEP market
• Have a good knowledge regarding AHU's, FCU's, Ecology Units & other HVAC Products
• Good understanding of the importance of forecast and meeting sales numbers
• Build and Maintain and develop strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry
• Proposal Development, Contract Negotiation and Seeking New Projects Works and contracted requirements into a clearly defined scope of work, milestones, and detailed tasks
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions utilizing our range of Energy Tech Brand (HVAC, Construction Material
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client
• Keep contacts with key players on the market to be aware of potential markets opportunities and evolutions.
• Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations in collaboration with the sales and Management
• Participate in contract negotiations and pricing discussions to secure profitable partnerships.
• Responsible for annual sales targets and sales growth in the UAE.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience: PROJECT ENGINEER IN HVAC: 3-4 years (Required)

License/Certification: UAE DIRIVING LICENSE (Required)
