Job Title: Project Sales Engineer - Architectural
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the architectural market, including commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, outlining the benefits of our products and solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals and meet sales targets.
Project Coordination & Management:
Oversee the sales cycle for assigned projects, from initial inquiry through to completion, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Monitor project timelines, product delivery schedules, and budgets to ensure the timely execution of all project-related tasks.
Coordinate with clients and contractors to address any project challenges or changes in scope.
Technical Support & Consultation:
Provide technical expertise to clients by offering detailed product information, performance specifications, and architectural solutions that fit project requirements.
Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure that all project requirements are feasible and aligned with industry standards.
Conduct site visits to assess project needs, provide technical recommendations, and ensure correct product application.
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and detailed product specifications for client proposals and tenders.
Client Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on project status, changes, and delivery schedules.
Regularly check in with clients post-project completion to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for future sales.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Stay up to date with the latest trends, products, and technologies within the architectural industry.
Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and ensure that our solutions remain innovative and aligned with client needs.
Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to improve and enhance the product offering.
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or project management in the architectural or construction industry.
• Strong technical understanding of architectural products, materials, and systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and changing timelines.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide creative solutions for clients.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and codes.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in using architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
