A Once in Lifetime Opportunity – Executive Sous Chef 

An affluent private household, located in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is currently recruiting for an exceptionally talented new team. You will have an opportunity to be part of something unique. You will be working as part of a highly tuned team, developing processes and ways of working together to support the family.

You will be an outstanding Executive Sous Chef, with great leadership skills, willing to travel and go wherever required. You may have gained your experience from hotels, restaurants, private households, cruises or similar.

Average salaries will be approximately £60,000 per annum or 17,000 SAR per month, including uniform, meals and accommodation/allowance.

Training will be provided for all successful candidates by Dorchester Collection Academy.

You must be:

Fluent in English and Arabic, you will have a valid passport.
Committed and understand that your long term involvement in the project is required.
Flexible, adaptable, able to work under pressure and respond instantly to changing demands.
Grow the Kitchen Team as required to meet new challenges.
Deliver outstanding international cuisine.
Work directly with the Food & Beverage Manager and Management team on the delivery of kitchen offering.
Ensure that all the immediate family, friends, close staff and all other parties involved with the private household receive the culinary level required and to respond accordingly when necessary.
Resilient, responsible, an independent thinker with a focus on team.
