Project Scope Definition
• Identify Objectives : Work with stakeholders to clearly define project goals, deliverables, and scope.
• Design Development : Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure all designs meet project specifications.

• Team Building : Assemble a skilled project team including engineers, technicians, laborers, and subcontractors.

3. Timeline Management
• Create Detailed Schedules : Develop project timelines with milestones and deadlines using tools like Gantt charts, critical path method (CPM), or software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other project management tools.
• Time Allocation : Allocate sufficient time for each task, considering the dependencies between activities.
4. Risk Management
• Identify Risks : Conduct a risk assessment to identify potential challenges (e.g., adverse weather, site conditions, regulatory changes).
• Mitigation Plans : Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks, including contingency plans for delays or additional costs.
