In this role you will do the necessary Quality System implementation, prepare and coordinate program documentation and construct and maintain a project schedule for implementation of a world class site execution for Dubai International Security Lanes Modernization Program. The QAQC Manager is expected to be an experienced specialist in CPM scheduling and reporting, with capability of producing CPM reports and diagrams within 24 hours of Engineer's request. This Project Coordinator is responsible for preparation, submission and coordination of program documentation as required in accordance with EH&S and QA/QC requirements of the contract, Local regulations and Leidos policies. The QAQC Manager is also responsible to produce and maintain the project schedule in Primavera and or MS Project as requested by customer. The QAQC Manager will be expected to perform with minimal supervision and successfully interact with all levels of Leidos personnel and external stakeholders to coordinate all site works from design development and procurement to customer acceptance of machines at site and necessary documentation to close the program. The Project Coordinator may also be utilized in other programs in United Arab Emirates or Gulf Region or globally (remotely) as necessary.Responsibilities:
Use a professional Oracle Primavera P6 Professional version 8.2 or latest edition that has been developed specifically to manage CPM construction programming, scheduling and reporting indicated for Project. Oracle Primavera P6 Professional version 8.2 or latest edition Software is agreed in the Contract, MS Project might be also required internally.
Support coordination of Drawing submissions, if necessary, and support to coordinate work by more than one contractor executing works on adjacent or related sites and with contractors or persons employed directly by the Employer. Obtain from other contractors and exchange with them the up-to-date technical data necessary for the production of Coordination Drawings.
Coordinate sequencing and scheduling of the Works: The Contractor shall attend the meetings (Combined Contractors Meetings), arranged as and when required by the Engineer, with other contractors for sequencing and coordinating the Works.
Provide construction photography.
Provide quality-assurance and quality-control services specified in Section 014000 "Quality Requirements".
Coordinate sequence of activities to accommodate tests and inspections, and coordinate schedule of tests and inspections.
Provide field surveys of in-progress construction and site work.
Coordinate completion of interrelated punch list items
Coordinate preparation and submittal of Record Documents.
Coordinate preparation and submittal of operation and maintenance manuals.
Submit record documents if installations by more than one contractor are indicated on the same contract drawing or shop drawing.
Collect record Specification Sections from contractors, collate Sections into numeric order, and submit complete set.
Coordinate preparation of operation and maintenance manuals if information from more than one contractor is to be integrated with information from other contractors to form one combined record.
Schedule and sequence mechanical and electrical activities.
Support coordination of mechanical and electrical coordination drawings.
Support coordination of tests and inspections for mechanical and electrical works performed by installation teams.
Coordinate project documentation and project schedule works for program execution under management of Program Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Conduct conference at Project site to comply with requirements in to specify review methods and procedures related to the preliminary construction schedule and Contractor's construction schedule, including, but not limited to, the following:
Review software limitations and content and format for reports.
Verify availability of qualified personnel needed to develop and update schedule.
Discuss constraints, including phases, sections, work sequences, area separations, interim milestones, interface with other contractors, statutory agencies and authorities having jurisdiction; staged completion, partial Employer occupancy and the like, as applicable.
Review delivery dates for Employer-furnished products (as applicable).
Review schedule (programme) for work of Employer's separate contracts (as applicable).
Review submittal requirements and procedures.
Review time required for review of submittals and resubmittals.
Review requirements for tests and inspections by independent testing and inspecting agencies.
Review time required for Project closeout and Employer startup procedures, including commissioning activities.
Review and finalize list of construction activities to be included in schedule.
Review procedures for updating schedule.
Prepared and coordinate the Inspection and Test Plan with its attachments in accordance with project requirements and in compliance with customer requests.
Coordinate Design Reviews, Inspection and Test Plan, Close-out documentation and others that are contractually specified.
Review technical and site execution sections of the contract and coordinate the site execution and installation completion accordingly.
Coordinate Integration, and Interface Control Documents, Network Design, Raise Site Clarification Requests when necessary.
Coordinate all documentation and interface works as required by the contract and program.
Participates in internal program reviews and reports project status to program manager as appropriate.
Provide input for Change orders and Letters when requested by Program Manager
Support for coordination of site activities (including but not limited to delivery, offloading and storage, installation, testing, and completion) according to contract requirements, local country requirements and Leidos policies and procedures.
Follow up with Program Manager regarding machine shipments (Program Manager leads the shipments)
Support the coordination of Accessories, Spare Parts, Faulty Part Replacement and Return (RMA) Shipments
Support Delivery, Transport, and Storage coordination and oversee all phases of Installation for according to Project Schedule and project requirements.
Review Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports to support Program Manager
Report any execution risks on project instantly to Program Manager

Constructs and maintains a project schedule and communicates with internal and external customers to set expectations, assign duties, sets deadlines, request schedule revisions as necessary and follow up with stakeholders.

Requirements:
Working knowledge for Project Coordination and Documentation

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, or similar
Excellent on MS Office, MS Project, Acrobat Pro, and MS Outlook
Residence in Gulf Region and willingness to relocate to UAE if necessary
Valid UAE or International driving licence
Checkable work history for airport passes (security vetting may be required)
Desirable:
Proficiency in creating 2D mechanical and electrical CAD documents
Expert Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM modelling
Proficient in the use of Costpoint
PMP and Finance knowledge is a plus
Native Arabic speaker
Understanding of key business metrics, key drivers, business vision, and airport installation processes and challenges as applicable
