Job Description

The Planner plays a critical role in managing and coordinating the scheduling, planning, and execution of interior design and construction projects. The role requires collaboration with designers, project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Update and maintain project schedules based on progress and changing requirements.
• Identify and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project demands.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Act as a liaison between designers, contractors, and clients to align goals and expectations.
• Facilitate meetings to review project progress, address issues, and resolve conflicts.
• Track project performance against plans and report progress to stakeholders.
• Analyze potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure all planning and execution activities comply with industry standards and company policies.
• Stay updated with trends in interior design and construction to incorporate best practices.
• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare cost estimates and monitor budget adherence.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
