Project Name: CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION PHASE of Public School Buildings and Health Facilities Selected for Retrofitting and Strengthening/Upgrading Project (World Bank Funded Project)

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

- Licensed Civil Engineer or Civil Engineer with an equivalent license/proof issued by the official issuing agency of their country.

- Preferably with Master's degree AND/OR Doctoral degree (PhD) in related field.

- With relevant seminars and trainings in the respective field of expertise or position.

- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional work experience.

- Must have a strong knowledge and background in structural design and construction of school buildings, health facilities and other similar structures.

- Preferably with (10) relevant/related years of experience such as but not limited to structural design or construction supervision or experience in leading/managing a project team.

- Can handle/manage various people with different nationality in a project.

- Must have a decisive type of personality and can clearly and concisely communicate goals, tasks, and other organizational needs of the whole project team.

- Preferably with experience in an internationally funded projects (such as Asian Development Bank ADB, World Bank WB, Japan International Cooperation Agency JICA

- Willing to be relocate in the Metro Manila, Philippines (Project base)
