Qualifications = Civil Engineering degree (in civil preferable). Referees will be contacted for verification and recommendation.

Job functions previously occupied = Site Engineer, Project Engineer, Construction Manager, Project Manager (with at least 8 years experience in project management)

Previous Experience = Great importance shall be given to previous experience with major companies in similar position with proven track record and success. Infrastructure and roads experience is a MUST.

Particular requirements = expert in FIDIC type contracts, astute knowledge of Project Management skills and techniques, extensive experience in construction including operations+mobilization+staffing+planning+quality+QSing+claims+EOTs+etc., subcontractors, suppliers, etc., excellent writing skills, Excellent Managerial skills, very shrewd, poised, detail oriented, autonomous. In sum, the Project Manager should be capable of managing the project from A to Z while achieving the targets set for him by Management of the Company.

VERY IMPORTANT: the Project Manager should have excellent people skills, excellent communications skills with clients/employers and their Representatives as he shall be representing the Company, excellent reporting skills and planning skills.

Nationality = Open. Anyone who fits the above requirements shall be considered.

Visa status = If in UAE, should be transferable without burden or delay.

Notice period = Should be a maximum of 1 month up to joining.
