We are a joinery based in the U.A.E with operations spanning over 2 decades in the local as well as other markets in the GCC region, specialized in manufacturing of high-performance Fire and Acoustic wooden doors. As an ambitious organization with a strong brand recognition within the construction industry, we have now ventured into the field of Interior Design & Contracting aiming at the premium segment of single unit projects (both commercial & residential). We are in search of an ambitious and passionate Senior Project Manager to oversee the entire project management operation of this newly established Fit-out division.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing Interior Fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

•Job Responsibilities: •

Oversee and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, regulatory/statutory requirements and quality standards

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget

Ensure all project activities are executed according to the plan

Be the focal points for project execution, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among all (internal) team members

Act as the main point of contact for clients when it comes to technical matters, understanding their needs and expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular site inspections and resolving any issues that arise to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards

Track expenses and ensure cost-effective project delivery

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success

Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and other necessary records

•Requirements: •

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

At least 5 + years experience in working at a reputed Interior Fit-out fir

MSP/Primavera 6 knowledge (Mandatory)

Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management concepts

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Handson Experience in AutoCad

Holder of a valid UAE's Driving Licence and in possession of a vehicle.

In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Proficient in project management softwares(MSP & Primvera 6)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
