:Job Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of interior fit-out projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Initiation:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Resource Management:
Allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Execution and Monitoring:
Oversee daily project operations and ensure work is progressing as planned.
Monitor project performance, track progress against milestones, and make necessary adjustments.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality results and meeting project expectations.
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development.
Financial Management:
Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
Prepare and submit regular financial reports, including cost forecasts and variance analysis.
Approve invoices and manage project-related expenses.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, plans, schedules, and reports.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction or interior fit-out industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
