Coordinate on all phases of each assigned project to include scheduling of technicians, material management, required equipment, and most critical, customer communication. Ensure adherence to the scope of work and is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Provide support, guidance, and expertise to the field operations and engineering teams. Manage work in progress (WIP) for project schedules and forecasting. Ongoing communications with customers, contractors, and internal staff. Conduct field site visits with sales team and technicians throughout project lifecycle. Review and interpret blueprints and schematics for proposals and installation. Review and interpret project specifications. Monitor and manage any proposed change orders on projects. Participate in weekly project manager meetings with team. Responsible for monitoring project financials throughout the lifecycle of the project. Able to work in a team environment and display leadership qualities.
