As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the organization and documentation of construction sites, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), Quantity Surveying, and overall project management. You will be responsible for attending client meetings, ensuring smooth project execution, and leading a team of engineers, subcontractors, and labors.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and document construction sites, ensuring all activities are properly recorded.
• Prepare comprehensive BOQs and project reports.
• Take full responsibility for project planning, execution, and completion.
• Attend client meetings and effectively communicate project progress and requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, office staff, subcontractors, and labors.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction contracting industry.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prepare accurate BOQs.
• Experience in leading and managing a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• UAE driving license is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
