Key Requirements and Qualifications
. Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the business and IT relevant field and at least 5 years of change management expertise
. Proven experience in insurance core transformation projects.
. Mandatory experience is managing techno-functional projects
. Mandatory experience in Insurance domain (health insurance preferred)
. Mandatory experience in risk and impact management
. Mandatory experience in Agile methodologies (and experience in aligning the methodologies to organizational needs)
. In-depth knowledge of health insurance operations and processes.
. Strong experience in managing multi-cultural and multi-capability teams.
. Proven ability to manage projects to deliver promised business case outcomes.
. Proficiency in benefits tracking, dependency and risk management, resource allocation, and utilization tracking.
. Relevant Certification is a plus
. Bachelor's degree in psychology /IT/Communication
. Master's degree is preferred
. Senior Stakeholder communication - Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
