Job Description
Designation : Project Manager(Combined Civil & Steel Structures)
Qualification: Bachelors in Civil engineering
Experience: 8-10 years of Experience with a construction company in UAE
• Dealing with client consultant
• Go through the contract drawings , Specifications , terms & conditions and identify the discrepancy between the tender & IFC Drawings to the management for their review & approval.
• Take total Control of the project & advice the project team to follow projects specifications in the agreed time frame.
• Submit the interim & Final Payments, applications, then follow ups with the clients & consultant for their approval.
