:

A Fit-Out Project Manager with experience in taking care of fit-out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in fit-out project management. This role involves overseeing all aspects of fit-out projects, from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage project lifecycle, including planning, design, execution, and final delivery.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project specifications.

• Coordinate with clients and consultants and subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to meet project goals and deadlines.

• Ensure all projects comply with local authorities.

• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.

• Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise to avoid delays or cost overruns.

• Forge strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met to the quality expectations.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, in fit-out field.

• Experience in managing fit-out projects in the UAE, including F&B projects.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
