Project Manager

Experience: 20 years and more in Gas & Oil inside UAE

Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage project risks, change orders, and client expectations.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Foster a safety-first culture on-site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• ADNOC approval as a Project Manager is a strong advantage.
• The candidate should have Certificate of Equivalency from UAE Ministry of Education.
