The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our water engineering projects in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water resource management, engineering consultancy, and project management. You will oversee project execution from conception through completion, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, are completed on time, and remain within budget. Your leadership will drive innovation and efficiency while fostering a collaborative work environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on water management solutions in a rapidly developing region. Responsibilities: o Lead and manage multiple water engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. o Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to meet project objectives. o Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution. o Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and ensure project success. o Conduct regular project meetings with team members and stakeholders to communicate updates, address challenges, and align on goals. o Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to clients and senior management. o Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices throughout project phases. o Foster relationships with clients, local authorities, and community stakeholders to enhance project visibility and support. o Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing. o Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to water management and engineering.



Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. o Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the water engineering sector. o Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is highly desirable. o Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale water projects from inception to completion. o Strong knowledge of water resource management practices, methodologies, and regulations applicable in the UAE and broader Gulf region. o Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues. o Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to project management. o Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. o Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
