We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager specializing in Villa Interior fit out projects with a specific focus on the UAE. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing projects within defined budgets, timelines, and scopes. If you possess substantial experience in managing interior design fit-out projects and excel in communication within a fast-paced setting, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the entire lifecycle of interior fit-out projects, from scope development to construction and project closure.

Develop project schedules ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to allocated budgets. Accurately document and communicate project plans to all stakeholders.

Manage project risks, implement mitigation plans, and oversee financial goals within set project budgets.

Coordinate with internal and external project teams, such as architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Conduct regular project status meetings and furnish progress reports to senior management.

Uphold project quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
