• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Project Planning and Coordination:
1. Lead project planning efforts, including scope definition, resource allocation, and schedule development.
2. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, sub- contractors, and regulatory agencies, to establish project objectives and deliverables.
• Client Communication and Relationship Management:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
2. Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and promote repeat business opportunities.
• Design and Engineering Management:
1. Oversee the design process for infrastructure networks and pump stations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. - Construction Management:
1. Manage the construction phase of projects, including bid solicitation, contractor selection, and contract administration.
2. Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety performance to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Budget and Cost Control:
1. Develop project budgets and financial forecasts, tracking expenditures and managing project costs to meet budget targets. Identify and address cost-saving opportunities and budget variances proactively.
2. Schedule and Resource Management.
3. Develop project schedules and resource plans, assigning tasks and responsibilities to project team members.
4. Monitor schedule adherence and resource utilization, identifying and mitigating risks to project timelines.
Qualification

• Having strong background in Civil Engineering to lead our team in the planning, design, and construction of water related infrastructure, i.e. water and wastewater networks (gravity and pressurized), water retaining structures, STPs, and pump stations.
• Have Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Have 10-15 years of experience at least last 5 years in project management, preferably related to planning, design, and construction of water related infrastructure, i.e. water and wastewater networks (gravity and pressurized), water retaining structures, STPs, and pump stations.
• Have proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Have strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Have proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Have experience working with government agencies, utilities, and public/private stakeholders is desirable.
• Flexibility to travel to project sites and attend meetings as required.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Have ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
