Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of upholstered furniture projects from inception to delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure project requirements and objectives are clearly defined and met.
• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review status, set priorities, and address any issues or changes.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, quality control measures, and safety regulations.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, final reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the upholstered furniture industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of upholstery processes, materials, and production techniques.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

• Upholstered Furniture Project Management: 2 years (Preferred)
