Position Title: Project ManagerEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: Up to 20K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:An international fast food chain brand. :\xef\x82\xa7 Ensure the quality of store construction projects, controls the timing commitments, cost and quality of new store construction and new store renovation\xef\x82\xa7 Plan & coordinate all aspects of construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and various vendors related to constructing or renovating stores\xef\x82\xa7 Reviews and pre-approves construction terms of reference and project plans for use as a common reference point for all bidding contractors.\xef\x82\xa7 Oversees all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations\xef\x82\xa7 Communicates project status of all construction projects to all stakeholders
