Job Title: Project Manager - Villas & Warehouses

Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple villa and warehouse construction projects (3-4 projects) in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, coordinating with consultants, supervising authorities, and ensuring compliance with municipal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all phases of villa and warehouse construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

- Liaise with consultants, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

- Coordinate with municipal authorities for inspections, approvals, and final handovers.

- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and local municipality requirements.

- Monitor project progress, quality control, and site safety regulations.

- Prepare and submit project reports, schedules, and updates to senior management.

- Handle risk assessment and resolve any on-site challenges effectively.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Valid Engineer Card issued in the UAE.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in villas and warehouses.

- Strong knowledge of municipal approval processes and inspections in the UAE.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in English (spoken & written); Arabic is a plus.

- UAE driving license is preferred.
