Position: Project Manager (Fit-Out)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Project Manager (Fit-Out) with a Civil Engineering background, at least 5 years of UAE experience, and expertise in managing fit-out projects. The role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress and quality.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, budgets, and updates for stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project goals and maintain high standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE, specializing in fit-out projects.
• Licenses: Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fit-out materials, methods, and regulations in the UAE.
