Job Purpose
Direct Reporting to Head of Supply Chain Projects & Home Operations
Plan and execute End to End projects covering areas (not limited to) such as WH Capacity Expansion, WH Consolidation, Country Network Analysis, New WH setup (Greenfield / Brownfield), Process automation (L1 to L5), Process Improvement, 3PL WH readiness for Omega customers and SC Digital Transformation Projects
Develop and implement infrastructure/capacity plan that aligns with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s short term and long-term strategy
Assess current capacity identifying future needs based on sales projections and supply chain needs
Oversee and co-ordinate projects from initiation, POC, business case approval, planning, execution, monitoring until handover phase. Ensuring implementation of industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
Create roadmap for infrastructure improvements and upgrades \xe2\x80\x93 evaluate and implement new designs, industry best practices, solutions, and automation to improve productivity, scalability, reliability, and process efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams of daily basis such as Operations, Planning, Concepts, Facilities, Maintenance, Safety, Civil, Legal, Finance etc.
Support cross-functional team such as Finance and Operations in vendor selection, negotiation, benchmarking and networking, handling escalations, contract management, performance monitoring, change management
Communicate effectively with stakeholders including Executives and end-users to provide project updates and escalate/manage any risks which may impact cost and schedule
Build and manage relationships with external vendors/suppliers throughout and post the project lifecycle
Manage Infrastructure team to delegate and assign task/projects adhering to the scope, cost, and project schedule
Develop and manage CAPEX budget for Landmark SC, conducting quarterly CAPEX meetings to track utilization across territories/functions and take necessary steps to maximize utilization
Oversee the deployment, installation, configuration, and maintenance of existing infrastructure components across all Landmark WHs \xe2\x80\x93 Racking, MHEs, Automation and other infra.
Maintain and update internal documentation such as capacity and rental database, lease contracts and CAPEX database
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Job Experience
Preferred BTech/B.E. (Mech/Elec/Civil) with minimum 8-10yrs experience in handling end to end SC projects
Others
Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems and SC Technologies
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in stressful situations
Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematics and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective communication of goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization
