Job Description

Emirates Hospital Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead strategic projects and revenue-generating international partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successful project implementation, excellent stakeholder management skills, and extensive experience in the healthcare sector within the UAE or GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure project success.

- Implement revenue-generating international partnerships to expand the hospital group's reach and capabilities.

- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes and support organizational growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the healthcare sector.

- Demonstrated experience in the UAE or GCC region.

- Strong track record of successful project implementation and stakeholder management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
