Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with expertise in Steel Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures to lead and oversee our construction projects.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of PEB (Steel Pre-Engineered Building) projects, from inception to completion.
• Develop project scope, objectives, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Oversee the design, fabrication, and erection of steel structures, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to address cost overruns, delays, or quality issues.
• Monitor project performance, track progress, and manage resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Lead project meetings, communicate status updates, and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all stages of project execution.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• A background in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management industry.
• Working experience in managing steel PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong technical understanding of PEB design, fabrication, and erection processes.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards governing steel structures.
