The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of solar project implementation, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality solar installations.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage solar energy projects from inception to completion, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with design teams to develop efficient and effective solar energy solutions.
• Manage procurement processes to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of necessary materials.
• Oversee the installation of solar systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurately maintained.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing solar energy projects.
• Proven expertise in solar design, material supply, and installation.
• Strong project management skills, with PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in solar energy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in the Middle East.
• Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Dubai.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
