Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation

- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

- Establish project milestones and deadlines

2. Project Execution:

- Lead and direct cross-functional project teams

- Coordinate and manage project resources, including vendors and contractors

- Ensure project deliverables are met and quality standards are maintained

3. Project Monitoring and Control:

- Track project progress and identify areas for improvement

- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness

- Take corrective action to address project deviations and issues

4. Stakeholder Management:

- Communicate project plans, progress, and issues to stakeholders

- Manage stakeholder expectations and concerns

- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and engagement

5. Project Closure:

- Formalize project completion and obtain final acceptance

- Document lessons learned and identify areas for process improvement

- Evaluate project success and impact

Requirements:

1. Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field

2. Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)

4. Certifications:

- PMP certification or equivalent

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Basecamp)

2. Knowledge of business analysis and requirements gathering

3. Familiarity with IT project management and software development life cycles
