Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while adhering to local regulations and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Development:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

Identify project risks and create mitigation plans.

2. Project Execution and Monitoring:

Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project progress.

Monitor project performance using tools like Gantt charts, dashboards, or project management software.

3. Team Leadership:

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.

Provide guidance, training, and support to project teams.

Ensure clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.

4. Budget and Resource Management:

Prepare and manage project budgets.

Ensure optimal utilization of resources while avoiding unnecessary costs.

Approve invoices and expenses related to the project.

5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure all projects comply with UAE labor laws, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Monitor the quality of work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

Conduct post-project evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industries.

Skills:

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).

Knowledge of local regulations, labor laws, and safety standards.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
