Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee facade and steel fabrication projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving any project-related issues promptly.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in facade and steel fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
