Job Title: Projects Manager

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Projects Manager to join our Real Estate Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development in Dubai, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (PMP, CPM, etc.) are a plus.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in project management within the real estate development industry in UAE, out of which at least 5 years MUST be in Dubai.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale residential high-rise projects from inception to completion. Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes, construction practices, and regulatory requirements in Dubai.
• Must have previous experience of working with Dubai master developers like DDA, Nakheel, Emar etc.
• Must have exposure to Dubai Land department inspection and approval process particularly off plan projects.
• Ability to manage multiple high rise residential projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with mixed-use developments, residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED22,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
