Job Description

The Project Manager would be responsible for all aspects of planning, budgeting, and execution for Civil Interior/ Specialty & MEP projects.

Responsibilities :

• Lead Planning, budgeting, and execution of Projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Time and Budget Control : Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation - Material and Labor Planning and Coordination
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress - Be able to create pert charts
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Civil OR Architecture Engineer / PMP CERTIFICATION
• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in all areas of project Management
• Strong working knowledge of Drawing Software, ACAD, REVIT, SKETCH UP, 3D
• Extensive knowledge of material and process such as Civil Interiors - Knowledge of Materials and Process, MEP - And Allied Services, HVAC and Specialty
• Proven working experience as a project manager for Civil Interior and MEP projects, specialty is a plus.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
