Key Responsibilities:
•Manage day-to-day project operations without overlapping responsibilities with senior management.
•Serve as a liaison between teams, clients, and senior management to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
•Independently manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
•Identify, track, and manage project risks and opportunities.
•Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clients' needs and expectations are met in a timely manner.
•To oversee the infrastructure, Approvals and Resources Requirement, and supervise coordination with All Project Teams, contractors, sub-contractors, technical team, customer's vendor and inspection authorities as required to execute assigned projects.
•Oversee service provisioning and ensure end-to-end user support and satisfaction.
•Lead technical discussions and coordinate with IT teams on networking, cabling, and infrastructure requirements.
•Understand and manage IT networking and cabling installations, ensuring best practices are followed.
•To ensure all projects invoicing are submitted on time and sufficient cash flow available.
•Coordinate with contract department for bidding, pricing, costing and negotiation meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
PMP certification.
3 to 5 years of experience in project management, with previous experience in networking and service provisioning.
Strong knowledge of IT networking, cabling, and infrastructure.
Experience with service provisioning and end-to-end user management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in client relationship management and attending/responding to meetings.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Experience in costing and budgeting.
Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
